On Noticing that some Rotary Public Image Officers are having difficulty in using the brand center, we quickly put through this writeup to help out.
HOW TO USE THE ROTARY CLUB BRAND CENTER
1. Open Rotary.org(you don’t need to sign in)
2. Browse over ‘For Members’ and select “Member Center” in the drop down menu under ‘For Members’
3. In the Member Center window, look under ‘Products & Services’ and select “Brand Center”
4. In the Rotary Club Brand Center window, mouse over ‘Templates’.
5. Under the ‘Create Logos’ drop down menu, select “Rotary Club Logo” under _Top Templates_
6. Your window to create the Club Signature opens. Select “Create”
7. Now you have the field of design….
– Logo type(Regular of Simplified
– colour(different colour options)
– Alignment(of text depending on the name of your club)
– Text Below(note that “Club” is already written so delete others and type in your Club’s name)
Once done,
**Download file(gives you PDF, JPG, or PNG options.
I usually will use PDF because it gives the best of resolutions.
For smaller file sizes, some choose jpg but that comes with a white background.
PNG is also OK and comes without the white background but I sometimes see jagged/rough edges when I save
*Note*
Please read what it says before you start but, basically, it will state what is allowed for Club, District or Zone logos.
*NOTE*
You can not have a Rotary Club’s name and District Information in one signature.
I hope this helps all those who needed it.
